The IP Counsel will assist the Company and its business partners in navigating an ever-changing legal landscape by taking action, leading and assisting local lawyers around the world in dealing with IP infringements, identifying intellectual property to register and raising awareness of IP related issues to the Company. In addition, Legal Counsel will regularly review, draft and negotiate intellectual property-related contracts to ensure Inter IKEA`s intellectual property position vis-à-vis its franchisees, suppliers, collaborators and affiliates.
