First of all, it is not a law firm in the traditional sense of the term, but a debt collection agency. I work for a law firm and I don`t know what AJJB can be called that. My complaint is not because I owe a debt and blame it. Oh no no no. I take responsibility for my debts. This is because I have tried to log in several times through their portal because I want to set up a repayment plan. It`s not working. So I sent them an email. No answer. A week later, I received emails and pseudo-thrating letters every other day.
I responded to each of the emails and tried to explain that I wanted to create a repayment plan because I know I owe that money. Replies are automatic. They tell me to pay through the portal. The portal does not work for me, the login data does not work. I asked for another payment method, such as the company that provides me with its bank details or sets up a CPA with my card. Once this is resolved, I will increase this rating as I understand that they need to be busy during the pandemic. I don`t feel like I`ve been listened to at all. All I have received are threatening letters (the best thing they are legally allowed to do is to file a CCJ, but I have received a few letters in which the letters suggest otherwise.

When ajjb started enforcing my debt earlier this year, I emailed them to explain my situation and make a deal on how I would do it with any other lender. They do not respond to emails sent to the address listed in their documents and on their website, and will continue to send a bombardment of threatening emails and text messages almost daily. They will do this even if they have agreed to put your account on hold (over the phone – all other contact methods are impossible). They use all sorts of dirty tactics, such as sending “no harm discount offer” emails with no actual discount. When prompted, they say the emails were sent “by mistake.” When you complain, they last more than 12 weeks and do not recognize the problems you raise and do not offer a solution. Verify that the debts mentioned in the letter from AJJB Associates are your debts. If you`re really not sure if the debt belongs to you, contact a loan agency (like Experian or Noddle) to find the outstanding debts that will appear against your name.
Talk to AJJB associates who may be able to create a payment plan and schedule. However, the payment has to be realistic – something you can afford. It should also allow you to repay the debt over a reasonable period of time without unreasonable fees, interest rates and penalties. As another “victim” mentioned, it is a pity that there is no 0 or negative here to apply them. I googled “Am I entitled to a PPI refund” (a long time ago, obviously) – I looked at Allay`s website and then used the tools on the #Martynlewis/resolver to get my refunds myself. Then when I was harassed, bombed, intimidated, threatened by a court/CCJ, etc. by Allay and more recently by AJJB, if I have evidence that I didn`t ask Allay to act on my behalf, I have evidence that Allay sent me text messages saying they owe me money – it`s so tiring that I can`t even get along anymore – these people are soulless Our legal team has decades of experience in collecting debts through litigation.
